Why we’re part: We hold rent and deposits on behalf of clients. CMP provides an extra safety net, proving funds are protected and our controls meet strict standards.

The Deposit Protection Service

What it is: A government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme (custodial and insured options) that holds or protects tenant deposits during a tenancy.

Why we’re part: Using the DPS ensures deposits are safeguarded, Prescribed Information is served correctly, and disputes can be handled via independent ADR.

Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

What it is: The UK’s independent authority for data protection and privacy, regulating how organisations handle personal information.

Why we’re registered: We process personal data for lettings and management. ICO registration and our GDPR policies help ensure data is handled lawfully, securely, and transparently.
